The Executive Function Management & Aptitude Profile (EF-MAP)

EF-MAP

The Executive Function Management and Aptitude Profile | PHASE III

The Cognitive Aptitude Framework

The EF-MAP is a standardized behavioral inventory grounded in the Miyake & Friedman Framework of Executive Function. Moving away from deficit-based "dysfunction" models, this profile provides a Cognitive Aptitude Map to identify where self-regulation resources are strongest and where external scaffolding is required.

Unity & Diversity

Executive functions are "unitary but diverse." We measure six distinct domains—from Working Memory to Inhibition—to identify your unique cognitive architecture and self-regulation topography.

The Scaffolding Principle

A vulnerability in one domain is not a failure of capacity; it is a signal for External Scaffolding. We design environments that support the brain's natural self-regulation pacer.

Methodology: Self-Report Behavioral Inventory (SRBI)
Framework: Reflective Latent Variable Model (Miyake et al.)
Outcome: Comprehensive Executive Summary & Environmental Impact Report
